The 2023 Côte de Beaune Blanc comes from the younger vines in Clos des Mouches. It has a pleasant, expressive nose with hints of orchard fruit, apricot and white tea. The palate is well balanced with a keen line of acidity. This is a little austere compared to other cuvées at the moment. It's more about texture than obvious fruit. This will be intriguing to see how it ages in bottle.
