Medium golden yellow; expressive on the nose, citrus notes, exotic fruits, chamomile blossoms, herbs, a nose to dive into; creamy on the attack yet linear, not an ounce of fat, very well-structured, energetic, vertical, tremendous drinkability, gliding almost weightlessly over the tongue, with a finish of wonderful length. An outstanding Pavillon Blanc.
