There’s classic Viognier character on display in this white—beautiful floral perfume, lychee, star anise and fresh apricot—with remarkable purity and vividness. Salty, lime-edged acidity and a quinine note course alongside crushed mineral hints, driving tension and energy. Ends with a kiss of salted buttercream on the well-cut finish. Floral and waxy with spicy notes of quince, lychee and vanilla on the nose. Violets, almonds and white blossom notes on the palate. Balanced freshness with good weight on a lengthy finish.

Very delicate and refined, with pure fruit (apricot) and floral aromas, medium concentration but brightness, and a lovely saline balance on the finish.
