Subtle aromas of cooked apple and honeysuckle with some croissant follow through to a medium body with fine bubbles and a delicious, relatively rich finish. Some dried strawberry and tea leaf in the aftertaste. Dry at the end, in a good sense. Well-balanced for such a hot vintage. 55% pinot noir and 45% chardonnay. Disgorged in 2024. Dosage 4 g/L. Drink now.
