It is particularly appreciated for its flavour, its balance and its enchanting aromatic expression. Its clear golden robe is sprinkled with subtle bronze glints. On the nose, this Champagne bouquet is pure on delicate notes of citrus fruit, brioche, on nervous minerals. On the palate, the attack is gracious and heady. Even if this 2002 Amour de Deutz is still young, it perfectly expresses the noble specifics of the Grand Crus Chardonnays of the historical Champagne Region.
