The vineyard
The Faustine Vieilles Vignes Blanc cuvée is a Vin de France from a granite terroir. The vineyard is farmed organically and biodynamically.
The wine
This cuvée was created to celebrate the birth of Faustine, the daughter of Jean-Charles Abbatucci.
Winemaking and aging
After the harvest, the grapes undergo direct pressing as whole clusters or destemmed. Static settling for 24 to 48 hours precedes alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Aged on lees for 6 months
