Description
The 2004 Paul Jaboulet Aîné Hermitage La Chapelle offers a bright and deep red colour. Classic and elegant, the nose opens up on black fruit and lightly woody mild spices aromas. On the palate, it reveals finesse and beautiful matter. The finish is silky and persistent on liquorice notes. The La Chapelle cuvee gets its name from the small Saint Christophe chapel that overlooks the vineyard in terrace of domain Paul Jaboulet-Aîné. It comes from old vines of Syrah, planted on rich and varied soils of Hermitage appellation. It is a complex wine that bears the richness of its different exceptional terroirs.
