Hazy color; stony, cool nose, lime zest, a hint of vanilla, spicy notes; creamy attack, gripping acidity, delicate fruit, grapefruit aromas and a touch of apricot on the saline finish. Very successful.

Lemon, lime, grapefruit, and green apples pop in the nose. The palate is equally fresh with its zesty blend of citrus and green apples. The wine blends 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Semillon. Drink from 2027-2033.
