Decanter

Restrained, elegant and refined example of Mont de Milieu. Lovely purity of fruit, allied to crisp acidity and a long, stony, mineral character on the finish. Very typical of top Chablis premier cru. Will age.

Wonderfully precise stone-fruit and pear aromas are wrapped around a stony, salty core to create a magnificent Chablis with all the virtues of this appellation beautifully displayed. Very long finish that is filled out by notes of flint and fresh butter. Fermented and matured 80% in stainless steel tank and 20% in used oak barrique casks. Drink or hold.
