Located in the heart of Chablis, the estate oversees a vineyard of around 78 hectares, rich in numerous Premier Cru and Grand Cru plots. The estate's identity is built on environmentally conscious viticulture and a commitment to expressing the mineral purity of its terroirs, resulting in wines of international renown.
The vineyard
The Chablis 1er Cru "Montmains" Domaine comes from plots ideally situated on Kimmeridgian soils, typical of the appellation. This clay-limestone terroir, rich in marine fossils, gives the wine its distinctive tension and minerality.
