Dried lemon, pomelo, nougat, bread dough and green apple here. Tangy, with vibrant bubbles and plenty of character. Sharp and energetic. Disgorged in January 2022. Drink or hold.

The new cuvée 565, crafted from five consecutive vintages from 2007 to 2011, shows both complexity, patina and energy, with a very saline finish.
