EPC : Brut

The NV Brut, a blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar, offers gentle lemon and a touch of oatmeal on the nose. The superbly light palate foams with tiny fine bubbles, dispersing delicious light-footed freshness. It's an apt apéritif, absolutely refreshing and light with lemony verve.
