Jacquesson : Dizy Corne Bautray 2014

Made from Chardonnay that comes from the top of the "mountain" of Dizy, the 2014 Champagne Dizy Corne Bautray Extra Brut pours a slightly deeper straw yellow hue and has more richness and depth, with notes of licorice and some bitter orange citrus on the finish. Medium to full-bodied, it has a fabulous creaminess to the mousse as well as very pretty hints of fresh pineapples, preserved citrus, and toasted brioche. It also has a kiss more ripeness of fruit. Drink 2025-2045. Disgorged with 0.5 grams per liter dosage.
