Firm acidity is enmeshed in the fine, creamy mousse and flavors of Honeycrisp apple, white cherry, pink grapefruit pith, green almond and mineral, which expand nicely through the focused finish. Sip and enjoy, but this would also pair well with food; try grilled seafood. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Disgorged October 2024. Drink now through 2028.
