Leclerc Briant : Vintage Extra Brut 2019

The 2019 Champagne Millésime Extra Brut shows a bright yellow/straw color and delivers intense, precise notes of fresh pear, bright crushed stones, delicate flinty reduction, Meyer lemon, and fresh lemongrass. With a fluffy mousse and plenty of energy, the wine has concentration and sapidity while remaining light on its feet. Elegant, fruity, and long on the palate, it’s a very lovely wine. It finishes with pure lemon balm notes and striking purity, staying compact and refined at the same time. Drink over the next 15 or more years. Dosage of 1.5 grams per liter; recently disgorged.
