The 2022 Moulin de Duhart has turned out beautifully, bursting with aromas of sweet raspberries, cherries, rose petals and lilac. Medium to full-bodied, velvety and layered, it's sweet, supple and fleshy, animated by mouthwatering acids.

Aromatic red, offering blackberries, blackcurrants and flowers, such as lavender. Medium-bodied with a solid core of fruit and creamy, silky-textured tannins. Savory finish. Juicy, too. Very attractive and delicious now. 87% merlot and 13% cabernet sauvignon. Drink or hold.

The 2022 Moulin du Duhart is plump, juicy and highly expressive right from the start. Cabernet Sauvignon speaks with great eloquence. Dried herbs, lavender, spice, tobacco and licorice make a strong opening statement. Medium-bodied and pliant, the 2022 is impressive. This Merlot-driven Pauillac is quite the charmer.

Black cherries, spicy currants, and floral notes get this medium-bodied wine started in the right direction. Soft and approachable, with a vibrant, juicy character, and a generous, easy-to-like finish of plums and cherries. The wine blends 87% Merlot with 13% Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink from 2027–2037.

Dark ruby, purple reflections, brightening at the rim. Fresh red cherries, a hint of plums and herbal savoriness, subtle tobacco nuances. Medium complexity, fine fruit expression, ripe cherries thanks to a Merlot that has the freshness of a Cabernet Sauvignon, balanced, silky style, already perfectly balanced and gluggable. (01/2025).

The 2022 Moulin De Duhart offers classic Pauillac character, with cassis, graphite, smoked tobacco, and ripe black cherries. Medium to full-bodied, it’s pure and polished, with beautiful tannins and an incredibly elegant style for a second wine.

Inky plum, this is packed with cassis and bilberry fruits, serious tannic architecture, tobacco leaf and sandalwood edging, with a wall of black pepper and rosemary spice on the finish. 15.5% press wine used, the most to date. Duhart Milon vineyard is looking at lowering density of planting because it can be extremely dry, so more challenging in these kind of years.

Slightly austere at first, the nose reveals a deep, root-driven character, imbued with dark fruit. With aeration, the palate grows more generous, unfolding with impressive breadth before stretching into a flavorful finish, where the black fruit is adorned with an irresistible saline caress.

With 87% Merlot, Moulin de Duhart contains a significant share of this grape variety; this is explained by the fact that many Cabernets went into the grand vin, as 2022 was a favorable year for this variety. The bouquet shows freshness, as does the attack. The wine is slender, juicy, and well supported by creamy, perfectly integrated tannins. A flavorful wine to enjoy in its youth.

Very dark in color. Intense nose with pure, ripe fruit. Broad, flavorful and supple palate, becoming highly aromatic from mid-palate through the finish, with creamy nuances of very ripe fruit. Blend: 87% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon. Alcohol: 14% - pH: 3.75.

Black truffle, liquorice, and sweet black cherries lead the nose, with sticky black fruit and soft floral touches. Smooth and supple, this wine brims with energy and bounce, driven by striking acidity that makes it incredibly juicy and alive. Crisp yet round, it feels fresh and lifted. Cabernet Sauvignon makes its mark on the back palate, adding mint, liquorice spice, and a touch of cedar. The brightness of the fruit lingers beautifully, creating a moreish, vibrant, and dynamic wine. Layered yet easy to appreciate, with minty freshness, spice, and tartness adding nuance. A lively, deliciously drinkable wine.

Bright red fruit aromas and fragrant berry perfumes introduce this second wine. It has a balance between tannins and rounded black fruits. Drink from 2027.
