A blend of 55% Grenache Blanc, 25% Roussanne, and 20% Clairette, the 2019 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc is impressive, with classic aromas and flavors as well as this terrific salinity and mineral component. Brought up all in tank, it has a ripe, exotic nose of honeysuckle, orange marmalade, and spice, medium to full-bodied richness, and good underlying spine of acidity. It’s going to shine on the dinner table.
