Bruno Colin : Chassagne-Montrachet 1er cru "Morgeot" 2022

The 2022 Chassagne-Montrachet Morgeot 1er Cru has another terse, flinty nose that is more Puligny than Chassagne in style. The palate is fresh and crisp with fine weight, though it needs a little more minerality and precision on the finish. Give this a year in bottle. Tasted at merchants' 2022 Burgundy tastings in London.
