Château La Fleur Peyrabon 2007

Medium garnet with a ruby rim. Open bouquet with a compote-like, slightly sweet character, generous and already very expressive. On the palate, long, with ripe blueberry-like fruit notes, rather lightweight, but an early-drinking Pauillac pleasure.

The 2007 doesn’t have the depth of 2008, but it has retained its elegance and is ready to drink.

Dark color of moderate intensity. Fruity and fairly discreet nose. By contrast, the palate is very aromatic and delicately sweet. It offers a tender body and more presence on the finish than on the mid-palate. Very good. Note the fairly fine tannin grain.
