Bright golden yellow, silver reflections, a delicate, persistent mousse. Yellow tropical fruit in the underlay with roasted hazelnuts, some nougat and yellow apple, hints of citrus fruit. Textured and complex, ripe white peach, subtle wood spice, very well-integrated acidity, salty minerality on the finish, showing the juiciness and length of a great vintage, very elegant and accessible.

This has a pale copper color from partial maceration of pinot noir blended with 50% chardonnay. It’s rich and complex, with aromas of Brazil nuts, figs, marmalade, caramel and white cocoa. Some gingerbread spiciness, too. Broad and full of flavor with creamy, gentle bubbles. Long, dry and nutty finish. 3g/L dosage. 2,608 bottles produced. Drink now or hold.
