Restrained, very classic profile, with citrus and dough, strawberries and chalky minerality. Firm, medium-bodied palate with zesty acidity, a tight-knit structure, a mineral-laden palate and a long, savory finish. Pinot noir and chardonnay. Drinkable now, but best from 2025.
