Crushed flowers and herbs add appealing aromatic top notes to this nicely balanced, Chardonnay-driven non-vintage Champagne. The Grand Assemblage is 60% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier sourced from 37 villages. This is lot 18-072B.

Fermented and matured in wood before bottling, this spicy wine combines richness with the more mineral texture of Chardonnay. The wine is ripe and ready to drink.
