Château Guiraud 2016

A promising white wine from Sauternes

Chateau Guiraud is a white wine, 1er Grand Cru, from the Sauternes appellation that covers 65.86 hectares. Originally produced from a blend of 65% Semillon and 35% Sauvignon Blanc, the chateau has been certified organic since 2011. The vines planted are on average 25-30 years old. The terroir providing nutrients for the vines is typical of Sauternes with sand, clay and gravel. 

Chateau Guiraud 2016 is extremely harmonious, and perfectly displays and respects the terroir from which it is produced. It is an authentic product that respects the brand and the consumer. The vintage is marked by its clearness, precision and homogeneity.
