A Sauternes wine of great elegance
The property
The Château Liot is located in the Sauternes appellation, more specifically on the Haut-Barsac plateau. Château Liot has belonged to the David family for several generations.
The vineyard
This Château Liot 2016 is a Sauternes wine from a 25-hectare vineyard, with vines averaging 45 years old, resting on a terroir made up of clay and red soil on a limestone base.
Vinification and aging
Manual harvesting by successive sorting. Aging in vats and barrels.
Blend
This Château Liot 2016 is a blend of sémillon, sauvignon blanc, and muscadelle.
