The 2023 Savagnin Arbois Ouillé aged for nine months in barriques with roughly 10% new oak. Giving the glass a gentle swirl unlocks yellow apple, lemon flesh and oyster shell aromas of moderate intensity. Framed by vibrant acidity, the refreshing 2023 is a clean-cut Savagnin.
