Nose
Intensely concentrated, with great aromatic opulence, Graham's Vintage Port 2016 presents a brilliant nose glowing with the radiance of fruit, with notes of small black fruits, balanced by a beautiful freshness.

On the palate, the attack reveals the structure and complexity of the Port by unveiling the indulgence of chocolate notes and the freshness of menthol notes. An exceptional Vintage Port.
A great structured and balanced Vintage Port
The estate
Founded in 1820 then acquired in 1970 by the Symington family, the Port House W&J Graham's is today the only independent British Port House. If Graham's is one of the first houses to acquire its own vineyards in the Douro Valley, within the Duriense region in northwest Portugal, it also reflects its pioneering spirit through a constant search for perfection and modernization of viticulture and winemaking methods.
Graham's produces Port wines recognized beyond borders for their finesse, aromatic richness and concentration.
The wine
Produced only in exceptional years, Vintage Ports are the most refined and distinctive signature of Graham's House, an essential Portuguese estate.
The vintage
A vintage marked by unusual climatic conditions for the Duriense region in northwest Portugal, 2016 will remain in memory as an exceptional year for Port. After a warm winter and significant rainfall, the summer unfolded under scorching temperatures. The harvest, which began in September, was carried out with grapes in perfect sanitary condition and endowed with excellent maturity, suggesting the birth of a great vintage.
The Port House Graham's therefore made the decision to declare the vintage of its Graham's Vintage Port 2016. An exceptional Port produced in very limited quantities, Graham's Vintage Port 2016 comes from a selection of grapes from the House's best Quintas (dos Malvedos, dos lages, da Vila Velha and Vale Malhadas).
