Founded by Franck Audoux, a historian who became a recognized cocktail expert, Cravan is now part of Moët Hennessy (LVMH), under the leadership of Philippe Schaus. Based in Paris’s 16th arrondissement and, since summer 2023, in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Cravan stands out for its cultural and historical approach to cocktails, its remarkable architecture by Ramy Fischler, and the integration of a Rizzoli NY bookstore. An Old Fashioned with exceptional ingredients, ready to serve

The Cravan Old Fashioned is a ready-to-serve cocktail that reinterprets the great classic of American mixology. Made with a 12-year-old Glenmorangie Single Malt Whisky, it is blended with a refined orange liqueur from the Nusbaumer house and carefully selected bitters. Aging takes place in Bourbon barrels. This composition respects the traditional Old Fashioned recipe while adding the quality signature of Cravan and the Moët Hennessy group. The packaging reflects this attention to detail: the 50-cl bottle is inspired by old pharmaceutical vials and recalls the history of cocktails and their almost medicinal dimension at their origins, while the modern label in bright colors underscores the contemporary spirit of the Parisian brand.
