Founded in 2009 by Frédéric Revol, an agricultural engineer, and Jérémy Bricka, an oenologist, Domaine des Hautes Glaces embodies a pioneering model of an integrated farm-distillery. Located in the Alps, in Cornillon-en-Trièves at an altitude of 900 meters, this estate produces terroir whiskies according to organic and regenerative agriculture principles. Still managed by its founder-owners, it controls the entire process, from the cultivation of ancient self-propagating grains to bottling. This unique approach highlights the aromatic typicity of local barley, rye, and spelt varieties, grown without plowing or pesticides on the highest cereal plain in Europe.
