Lallier Rosé Grand Cru Brut, the latest cuvée of Lallier Champagne house made a triumphal entry among exceptional Champagnes! It is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, cultivated in Grand Crus terroir from Ay, Bouzy and Avize. 70% of this cuvée has been made using the saignée ( bleeding) method that confers it uncommon freshness and minerality for a Rosé. This champagne shows a pink salmon robe and a fine lace of bubbles. This Grand Cru Brut Rosé releases charming and generous aromas of fresh red berry such as wild strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, it is distinguished and balanced. It seduces by its freshness and lightness as well as a subtle mineral taste.
