A full-bodied white wine with beautiful tension
The estate
The origins of Laffitte Carcasset date back to the early 18th century. Part of the Rousseau family since 2016, the estate, classified as Cru Bourgeois Supérieur, tends a 40-hectare vineyard planted on Garonne gravel soils with clay-limestone subsoils.
The wine
In 2020, the estate opened a new chapter in its history by planting Chardonnay on its "La Rochette" plot, which sits on limestone soil.
Vinification and ageing
Produced as a Vin de France, this cuvée is aged exclusively in barrels.

Chardonnay (100%).
