Product of a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, the Château Saint-Pierre 2018 has garnered unanimous support among critics and the international press.
At the tasting, the vintage presents a dark colour with a beautiful intensity. The expressive aromatic bouquet reveals beautiful notes of black fruits and chocolate, evolving spicy notes and tobacco. With its great precision and straightforwardness, the palate unfolds a dense and velvety texture, which makes it very tasty. The mid-palate maintains this fruity balance with perfect acidity. The finish is marked by a nice freshness. A great Pomerol, from what was a magnificent vintage for the Bordeaux region.
