The estate
Founded in 1986 by Francis and Christophe Delorme, Domaine de la Mordorée is located in Tavel, at the heart of the southern Rhône Valley. Today, Madeleine Delorme and her daughter Ambre head the estate, upholding a demanding and environmentally respectful philosophy. The estate spans around fifty hectares across eight communes. Fully certified organic and biodynamic, it stands out for its poetic emblem, the woodcock, and for its commitment to preserving biodiversity while producing wines of great purity.

The vineyard
The limited-edition cuvée "Les Galets" is a Vin de France resulting from a rigorous plot selection. This distinctive terroir is characterized by an abundance of rolled pebbles, stones that store daytime heat and release it to the vines at night, promoting optimal grape ripeness while giving the wine a mineral signature. All the vines are grown under certified biodynamic farming and Level 3 High Environmental Value certification. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, followed by meticulous sorting of the bunches.
