A bright, well-delineated red, featuring cherry, black currant, violet, iron and a hint of toasty oak aromas and flavors. This is packed with fruit, beautifully balanced and solidly structured, ending with a long aftertaste of cherry, mineral and spice. Best from 2925 through 2043. 150 cases made, 70 cases imported.

The stunning wild-blackberry nose pulls you into this medium- to full-bodied Pommard that's brimming with fruit and has a stack of fine tannins. Lots of drive and minerality, but not a trace of the dryness that this appellation is famous for. Drink or hold.

Part of it comes from the estate, another part is purchased as grapes; the whole is fairly classical, firmer than the own-rooted vines but less elegant and refined in texture, yet it still has an energy that will allow it to age well. Peak around 2030.

An enticing crush of cherries and violets meld into a layer of sweet spices and brown mushrooms, offering a complex nose. The palate is focused on the black cherries and spice, which persist long through the finish and meet its rose and oak spice finish. Precise and delicious. Drink from 2025+.
