Rich, evoking black cherry, blackberry, iron, tobacco and spice flavors. Solidly built, with a base of tannins, yet finds good equilibrium on the long finish. Very juicy and vibrant. Best from 2022 through 2038. 150 cases imported.

It comes across as strict, with little juice; the oak dulls the fruit.
