Ice Imperial Rose from Moet & Chandon is a Rose Champagne. It was created with the intention of being paired with ice cubes. It is a blend of 40-50% Pinot Noir, 30-40% Pinot Meunier and 10-20% Chardonnay. 20-30% of reserve wine is also added. The reserve wine adds richness, intensity and a more complex consistency. The demi-sec ages in cellars for 18 months.

Moet and Chandon's Ice Imperial Rose has a brilliant colour with hues of gold. The nose has strong aromas of red fruits (sour cherries, cranberries) and juicy fruits (figs), and notes of grenadine. On the palate, the wine is pulpy, sweet and firm. The sugar from the red fruits melts away. Moet & Chandon's Ice Imperial Rose is harmonious, fresh and fruity. The freshness is part of the rose's long finish, with a hint of grapefruit.
