A Côtes de Provence rosé combining delicacy and aromatic richness
The estate
Founded in 1929 by André Chevillon on the foundations of a vineyard cultivated since Antiquity, the Château Sainte-Marguerite extends across the terroir of La Londe-Les-Maures, a coastal village in the Var. In 1955, it was awarded the Cru Classé de Provence designation, highlighting the authenticity, diversity, and quality of its wines. In 1977, Brigitte and Jean-Pierre Fayard acquired the estate, which at the time covered 11 hectares. Since 2022, the Fayard family has partnered with Pernod Ricard to continue developing Sainte Marguerite in Provence and internationally.
The vineyard
This Fantastique 2025 is a Côtes de Provence wine produced from vineyards in La Londe, planted on clay-siliceous soils structured with pebbles and shattered quartz.
Winemaking and aging
Cold skin maceration before pressing. Temperature-controlled vinification. Aged in tanks on fine lees. Fining and filtration before bottling.
Blend
This Château Sainte Marguerite Fantastique 2025 is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle.
