The 2023 Riesling Les Éléments was picked in three villages, namely Riquewihr, Zellenberg and Ribeauvillé. Spiced apple verges into lemon peel on the nose. The svelte, compact yet smooth palate completely fuses lemon, apple and pear spice. Slightly textured and bone dry, it has a tenderness, a smoothness and a coolness. (Bone-dry)
