Grazing ripeness, with crushed rose petals, soft berry fruits, and fresh acidity, but it falls a little short on the finish. Harvest from September 27 to October 12.

Les Fiefs de Lagrange 2021 is deep garnet-purple in color. The nose is very subtle with delicate notes of red berries and fragrant soil, plus a waft of Provence herbs. The light to medium-bodied palate is lively, soft, and uncomplicated, with a red berry-laced finish.

A nose of red fruits and pomegranate, then the small red fruits, lively and energetic, come back on the palate. A respectable second wine, but the acidity is too pronounced.

Fiefs de Lagrange reveals itself with filigree finesse, both on the nose and on the palate. Slender in character, it is precise and elegant. Its refreshing acidic structure provides lift while the tannins offer solid support. A mouthwatering wine that can already be enjoyed in its youth.

Dark, intense colour. Very aromatic nose with fresh, pure fruit. The palate is tender-bodied, fruity and flavorful, developing with precision and great appeal, with even some finesse on the finish. Blend: 52% merlot, 40% cabernet sauvignon, 8% petit verdot. Alcohol: 12.94% – pH: 3.58 – IPT: 70. 61% of the production. Note that this wine contains 25% press wine yet remains remarkably gentle.
