Albert Bichot : Chablis 1er cru "Les Beugnons" Dom. Long-Depaquit 2020

The 2020 Chablis Beugnons 1er Cru has a similar bouquet to the Les Lys, though I find a little more delineation and focus here. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, impressive tension, hints of dried pineapple and spices towards the finish that leave the mouth tingling. Very fine. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis.
