Founded in 1920 by Arsène Amiot, the Domaine Guy Amiot et Fils spans 29 appellations in Bourgogne, including the prestigious Montrachet Grand Cru. Today run by Thierry and Fabrice Amiot (4th generation), with the involvement of Héloise (5th generation), this family estate stands out for the pioneering role of women in its history. Flavie Amiot, a Parisian entrepreneur, initiated estate bottling in the 1930s.
