La Chablisienne : Chablis 1er cru "Vaulorent" 2018

The pick of La Chablisienne's extensive array of premiers crus in 2018, this is an example of the co-operative at its best. Stylishly wooded, with an 80% stainless steel component adding considerable verve and zip, this is a bright, modern, beautifully sculpted white with flavours of citrus, crème fraîche and nutmeg. Long and refreshing, it should age well too.
