Ruby color.
Nose
The nose exudes notes of undergrowth and cherry.
Palate
Round and full-bodied, the palate charms with its cherry and mocha aromas, supported by silky tannins.

A generous and delicate Premier Cru from Burgundy
The estate
Founded in 1797, the Louis Latour estate is the largest Grands Crus estate in the Côte d'Or in Burgundy, with iconic plots in Aloxe-Corton, notably Corton-Charlemagne. This independent family-owned house for over two centuries is distinguished by its integrated cooperage, a heritage dating back to the 18th century.
The vineyard
The "Perrières" climat is located in the north of the Beaune appellation, on a 1.32-hectare east-facing hillside. This terroir is characterized by shallow, very poor clay-limestone soils, set on a steep slope near former limestone quarry faces.
Winemaking and aging
Winemaking is carried out traditionally in open vats with full malolactic fermentation. Aging lasts 10 to 12 months in French oak barrels from the Louis Latour cooperage, with 35% new oak and medium toast, allowing the wine to develop its structure and aromatic complexity.
Grape variety
This wine is made exclusively from Pinot Noir.
