Description
The Palafreno 2008 is 100% Merlot produced by the Querciabella Estates.The wine shows a dense ruby, evolving to garnet color. This Tuscan reveals a nice complexity of aromas, such as forest ripe fruit notes mixed with earthy and balsamic tones. On the palate, the Querciabella Palafreno 2008 is intense and succulent with firm, youthful yet silky tannins.The body is not too powerful, elegant and supple, while the finish is lengthy, reechoing the balsamic notes of the aroma.
