William Fèvre : Chablis Grand cru "Les Preuses" Domaine 2024

Expressive, featuring fruit aromas of ripe pear and nectarine rather than citrus. There is a silky elegance and delicacy to the texture that sets it apart from the domaine's more powerful Les Clos, but it is still a wine of compelling beauty. Fèvre farms 2.5ha here in two parcels: a hectare on a steep slope on the edge of Vaudésir and a further 1.5ha on the plateau at the top of the slope.
