A Provence rosé celebrating the art and terroir of Château Sainte Roseline
The estate
Château Sainte Roseline, a Cru Classé since 1955, is located in Les Arcs-sur-Argens in the Côtes de Provence. Since 2011, Aurélie Bertin and her sister Delphine Meunier have been managing this historic estate founded in the 10th century. The vineyard extends over 110 hectares of clay-limestone soils benefiting from an abundant underground spring. Certified organic since 2022, the estate embodies a philosophy where art de vivre, sustainable viticulture, and artistic patronage coexist harmoniously.
The vineyard
The Collection Rosé 2025 comes from the vineyards of Château Sainte Roseline located within the Côtes de Provence appellation. The plots rest on clay-limestone soils that impart minerality and freshness to the wines. The proximity to the Mediterranean influences the climate, with sea breezes tempering the summer heat. The estate benefits from an underground spring allowing for controlled irrigation management. Vineyard management follows the principles of organic farming, with the use of biocontrol products and controlled cover cropping.
Winemaking and ageing
The Collection Rosé 2025 is vinified traditionally in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This method preserves the aromatic purity of the fruit and maintains the sought-after freshness. The absence of oak ageing allows the full expression of the terroir’s qualities and the delicacy of the floral and fruity aromas typical of this cuvée.
Grape varieties
This Provence wine is made from a blend of tibouren, mourvèdre, and grenache
