Bouchard Père & Fils : Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er cru "Les Cailles" Domaine 2022

Cask sample. Mid crimson and darker than most among the Bouchard 2022 reds tasted so far. Rich, ripe red and black fruit. Chewy, deep, satisfying. Firm and a complete baby (of course). Great balance even now though the tannins are calling the shots. Needs quite a bit of time. (JH)
