Cossy : Cuvée Éclat Premier Cru Brut

The NV Champagne Premier Cru Cuvée Eclat Brut is made from Chardonnay, Meunier, and Pinot Noir in equal parts. The main harvest in this release is 2021, with 50% of reserve wine in this very hard vintage and a small harvest for her. A brilliant straw color, it's elegant and delicately toasty, with fresh aromatics of toasted brioche, along with notes of wet stones, fresh pineapple, and lemon candies. Medium-bodied, it’s approachable and elegant, with a fruity nature upfront. It’s accessible to enjoy now. Drink 2025-2030. Bottled in 2023 and disgorged in December 2024 with 7 grams per liter dosage.
