The attack is supple and generous, offering beautiful aromatic intensity. Natural freshness is harmoniously balanced with a fruity richness evoking raspberry, redcurrant and cherry. The finish lingers with delicacy and persistence.

Serving and cellaring

Rosé Influence Non-Vintage is best enjoyed at a temperature between 8 and 10°C.

A rosé Champagne from Hermonville combining precision and refinement

The estate

Founded in 1919 by Alfred Minière, the Minière F&R House is now run by Frédéric and Rodolphe Minière, representing the fourth generation. Established in Hermonville, at the gateway to the Montagne de Reims, the estate farms around 8 hectares of vineyards under organic farming. Trained alongside Anselme Selosse, Frédéric introduced ageing in barrels and organic viticulture. Minière F&R Champagne remains Hermonville’s only grower-producer, cultivating a distinctive terroir without chalk.

The vineyard

The Champagne vineyard dedicated to this cuvée lies on Hermonville’s unique terroir, characterised by clay-silt-sand soils resting on lacustrine limestone. The grapes come from three distinct named sites: Les Couturelles for Pinot Meunier, Les Fosselles for Pinot Noir and Les Fontenelles for Chardonnay. This parcel diversity allows the full singularity of this chalk-free Champagne terroir to be expressed.

The blend

Rosé Champagne Influence is composed of two vintages: 65% from the 2021 harvest and 35% from the 2020 harvest. This multi-vintage approach brings complexity and balance.

Winemaking and ageing

The winemaking and ageing of Rosé Influence take place in oak barrels for 8 months on lees. The barrels used are split between 30% barrels less than 4 years old and 70% barrels 5 years old or more. Malolactic fermentation is partially carried out. The addition of 6% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine brings depth and character to the blend. After bottling in June 2022 in special bottles, the Champagne benefits from 30 months’ ageing in the cellar. Disgorgement takes place more than 6 months before release. The bottles are sealed with a traditional top-grade “fleur” quality cork.

Grape varieties

50% Pinot Meunier, 29% Chardonnay, 21% Pinot Noir (including 6% red Coteaux for colour).
