Celebrating the nobility of Chardonnay, Champagne Blanc de Blancs Ruinart is made from grapes from the greatest terroirs of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The blend is made from 20 to 25% of reserve wines from the 2 previous years.
A model of harmony and finesse, the Blanc de Blancs Ruinart has a great aromatic intensity, opening with notes of citrus fruit before giving way to floral and white peach scents. The palate is generous and round, keeping a nice freshness and a great vivacity thanks to the brightness of the fruit. The long finish ends with a beautiful minerality. A Blanc de Blancs perfect as an aperitif and to match with seafood and fish dishes.
