Taittinger : Nocturne Rosé City Lights

A beautifully balanced Champagne wine

The Nocturne City Lights Rosé is a Champagne wine produced by the House of Taittinger. This limited edition is a dry champagne made from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay, to which has been added 15% still red wine. It has been aged for 4 years in the cellar and today offers a smooth and round nighttime rosé champagne.

Taittinger's Nocturne City Lights Rosé has an intense and flamboyant bright pink colour. The bubbles, arranged on a delicate cord of foam, are of a beautiful finesse. The nose, rather fleshy, gives off pastry scents. The palate is frank, generous and fresh, while the tannins are very silky. A wine with a beautiful structure, voluptuous, and asserting itself by a magnificent balance between sugar, acidity and tannins.
